In addition to Ariane’s role as a Director at BlueShift, she holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and Associate Vice-President, HR at the University of Lethbridge.
Ariane has over 15 years of experience across the spectrum of HR, with more than eight in HR management and leadership roles, in large, complex, and matrixed organizations. She is known for working collaboratively with executive, senior management and operational management teams; boards; union and employee association representatives; colleagues; and employees to address people matters ranging from high-profile, complex and strategic matters to day-to-day operations, programs and services. She is regarded as being committed to providing credible, friendly, and helpful HR services and fostering productive, healthy, respectful, inclusive, and supportive working environments. Ariane specializes in strategic HR management, employee and labour relations and HR service delivery transformation.
Qualifications
Ariane is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM - SCP).
